This is a semi-remote property with wild animals (coyotes, deer, hawks, eagles, snakes, etc) and lots of cactus. If you have small children or pets you have to be attentive to them. The property is in a desert climate - depending on the season it gets very hot during the day and cooler / cold at night. The sun is very intense. Highly recommend ankle-high hiking boots, sunscreen, layered clothing, hiking poles, hats.
