Our house sits with the front door not seen from the street. From the street looking at the house: the front door is to your right side. Unit 207 is closest to the sidewalk and 209 is immediately beside it. Just walk up the (4) steps from the sidewalk and up to the 2 step porch. Non Smoking Guest access Guests have full access to the home, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathrooms. Entry is simple with easy, no-contact check-in using a personalized code. Free off-street parking is available behind the property, and there’s always street parking out front on Deem Street. WiFi included. Other things to note Whether you’re in town for work, visiting family, or just passing through, this unit offers more space and convenience than a typical 1-bedroom. We’re in a walkable small-town neighborhood — close to a local coffee shop, bar & grill, and Dollar General. Great option for Miami University visitors (30-minute scenic drive), I-70 travelers, and anyone attending events at the Preble County Fairgrounds. Full kitchen (no dishwasher), new central AC/furnace, and a blow-up mattress available by request. There is a nearby train line that passes through town from time to time. It’s part of Eaton’s character, but we like guests to be aware. Be sure to bring your Netflix and or other streaming platform sign in information because we use the ROKU AirBnB login. You turn on the TV and enter your checkout date and then ROKU wipes out clean your login information at checkout.
