The space 1 King bed 1 full bathroom 1 Queen bed 1 full bathroom 2 twin beds 1 full bathroom Other things to note Late Check-Out Policy: - $50/hour for check-outs between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM - After 1:00 PM = charged an additional night’s stay 🛥️ Docking & Boat Guests - Guests arriving by boat are welcome — please let us know in advance - Free dock slips are included with your stay - Docking is at your own risk; use fenders and proper tie lines - Be respectful of other boats and the shared dock area - Do not block access for others - Use caution on wet or slippery dock surfaces, especially at night 🏠 General House Rules - No smoking indoors - No loud parties or events - No horseplay inside or on balconies - No cleaning fish inside — use the designated outdoor station - No wet clothing or gear inside — dry outside or use the laundry area - Handle fishing gear carefully to avoid damage - Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay - Take trash out before checking out - Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher - Please be respectful of the neighbors and our waterfront environment - There are hoses located on the property — please roll them back up neatly after each use 🛟 Waterfront Safety - Children must be supervised at all times near the dock or balconies - Life jackets are recommended for non-swimmers or young children - Dock, patio, and steps can be slippery when wet – walk carefully - No diving or jumping into the canal from the dock 🎣 Fish Cleaning Station Rules - Clean the station after each use - Puncture fish eyes and stomach before discarding into the canal (prevents floating) - Do not leave fish remains or bait on the dock or outdoor areas 🧺 Laundry & Gear Tips - Washer & dryer available for guest use - Avoid bringing wet items inside - Dry beach or boat towels outside or wash before bringing them back indoors 🔧 Damages & Communication - All guests are responsible for any damages to the property - Please contact the host immediately to report any issues or accidental damage so we can address them promptly By booking this home, you agree to follow all listed rules.
