This cottage was built last year and freshly finished. it's beautiful and country chic. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. with brand new queen bed and a super thick futon for 2 Our place is a unique country chic tiny house with everything you need. It has room for 4 to sleep 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a samsung drawer oven/microwave/airfryer. 2 burner stovetop and dishwasher. Eat in kitchen. 2 tvs. EV charger works w/all cars & trucks. Tesla with included adapter. The space You will love staying at our new cottage instead of a regular motel or hotel. free Ev charging while you sleep This is a tiny house that sleeps 4 and is in a great location only 1/2 mile from I75 but no freeway noise. Truck drivers welcome but have to park at Weigel’s and walk to our house There is room to park cars and pickup trucks and boats. The toilet and the shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the shower are all touchless. Just wave ur hand across the top of the toilet. and hold hand under the dispensers in the shower If you’re a fisherman we have room to park a boat and we are only 30 minutes from the place in Dayton where they do fishing tournaments. Guest access Enjoy the entire tiny home. If you come in after dark we can leave the porch lights on. When you enter the cottage the lights are to the left on the wall. The a/c heater remote is on the wall next to light switches. Other things to note We do have a pellet grill that is available for use upon request. if you want us to pick up prepaid food from a store that you have ordered let me know ahead of time and we can pick it up and put it away before your stay.
