With 4 bedrooms, including 2 king suites and a bunk room, there's plenty of space for families & groups. Enjoy lake views from the balcony, relax by the fire pit, or enjoy a game of pool. Explore the lake with provided kayaks or just soak in the surroundings! Apartment: Full bathroom with walk-in shower TVs Main Level: Living Room: 58” Bedroom 1: 40” Lower Level: Living Room: 56” Apartment: 45" KITCHEN We have a full sized kitchen with all full sized appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) SMALL APPLIANCES Toaster over, Keurig, drip coffee maker, waffle maker, coffee bean grinder, and a blender INDOOR DINING Main Level: There is a large dining room table with seating for 10. There is additional seating for 3 at the penny table by the kitchen. Lower Level: There is seating for 3 at the bar and enough seating for 3 around the table. LAUNDRY The laundry room is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. This room can be found just off of the kitchen. TV PROGRAMMING We have smart tvs throughout the house so feel free to log into any of your own streaming accounts; just don’t forget to log out before you leave. POOL TABLE WE have a pool table located on the lower level for your enjoyment! GRILL We have a grill on the main level balcony that is available for guest use and we supply the propane! Grill utensils are kept in the kitchen drawers. FIREPIT There are 4 adirondack chairs located around the firepit on the main level balcony. OUTDOOR SEATING Seating for 4 around the firepit and seating for 9 on the porch. DOCK We have a single level boat dock. You can tie your boat up to the side of our dock! PATHWAY TO DOCK The pathway to our dock is short and easy. It is made up of only 26 steps! WATER LEVEL As of March 1, 2026, we have 6 feet of water directly off of our dock. LIFE JACKETS There are 2 universal adult life jackets (>90lbs) that can be found in the bin by the dock.
