This historic home overlooking the river is a convenient respite to enjoy while in this beautiful area. Lovingly furnished to provide a cozy visit to recover from your days adventures. The parks, trails and recreation field provide endless outdoor moments, and the areas dining options are plentiful in every direction. Rainy day or an evening in? Reconnect over games and puzzles on the screen porch. Pantry with combo oven/microwave and mini-fridge are provided. Steep stairs & Pitched Floors The space The 1853 property has retained its casual charm and been updated with modern amenities. Enjoy the amazing view of the river, mountains and village church steeple and exhale into your escape. Due to the historic classification, we are not allowing pets or smoking in the home or in either the outdoor front or upper screen porches. Smoking must be at concrete bench in front of the property only. Guest access A code for the far left front door will be provided prior to check-in. Touch center of keypad to illuminate. Enter the code provided followed by # then the door will unlock. Turn inside to lock after entry. When going out, just hold down the # and listen for the lock to engage. Please turn and pull to ensure successful locking. Assistance is available by phone if needed. Other things to note The property does not allow smoking, bbq, firepits or pets due to the historic nature. Any smoking must be at concrete bench nearest to street, away from home, porch/deck and land surrounding home. There is no access to river behind the home, however the park on the opposite side of provides wide areas to enjoy it. Check out rules include: Remove bedding and place in pile in the bedroom, place towels in bathroom bin, Wash dishes and replace as found.
