This unit is close enough to Main Street for guests to explore all that Alhambra has to offer (5 minutes from Costco). King bed mattresses and soft linens await you, while the sleek new counter desk makes for the perfect place to get work done. The space The unit can comfortably accommodate 2 guests, with a maximum accommodation up to 3 guests. Front house and all other back units are not included in this reservation. The room structure is as follows: 1 bedroom with 1 king bed 1 living room with sofa, convert into Futon bed 1 bathroom with 1 washer/1 dryer included very Small kitchen used for boiling cooking; 2 small stove tops, no oven Parking at the property: There is one regular parking space. if you have oversized vehicles please park on street at your own cost. Street parking directly in front of the property is free to park during the day (except Wednesday day time for street sweeping), and you can buy ticket to park overnight. House rules: 1. No Smoking on property 2. Zero tolerance drug policy on illicit drugs. 3. No additional guests inside the house other than the number indicated on your original reservation. No large partying allowed. 4. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited as such for the entire stay. Please be respectful of our neighborhood 5. We do understand if any accidents happen. But please let us know when/if they do. If there is any maintenance issues we reserve the right to enter the property without notice. 6. No pets are allowed for this unit. Be aware pets might be on property from other homes nearby 7. Do not mail any packages to the property; it is not allowed. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If any lost items are found, then we can only mail the item back to you upon your request with shipping, handling, insurance, service fees, and all other charges at your cost Guest access Guests are able to access the studio, shared driveway, and 1 allocated parking space “A”, which is in front of the unit front door.
