The space We are 10 minutes from Kyle Field in College Station. 20 min from Santa's Wonderland, 5 minutes from Post Oak Mall and major restaurants. Fireworks are allowed. Come enjoy your stay in the country with an Oasis by the Pool with a beach entry, while being surrounded by large oak trees on our secluded acreage. Relax while you BBQ or smoke a brisket or use the 48' gas griddle. Or sit around the rock FIRE PIT and enjoy a quiet or a roaring fire!!! You can bring your pet for a pet fee, it is $50 for the first pet and $25 each extra pet. More info in house rules so just let us know if you are bringing your pet. If you are traveling with horses, we have stalls with paddocks available to fit any need, contact owner for details about renting a stall overnight/weekend. Other things to note If you have horses that you want to bring with you for Rodeo events or anything else we have stalls with paddocks available daily, weekends, weekly, or monthly... Doors leading to pool have child locks Pets- $50 pet fee and $25 each for any added pets. No excessive barking and no pets on furniture. When guests leave the house the dog must be with you or kenneled- no exceptions. Pets can not be left unattended outside and you must clean all accidents inside the guesthouse. If hair or accidents are left behind a fee will be deducted from the damage deposit. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done by your pet.
