New 2020 tower building, 11th floor, bright small two-room apartment with glazed balcony and fine views of Puijo and Kallavesi. The apartment has cooling ventilation, new furniture and a high quality level of equipment. The bedroom has blackout curtains. The apartment is in a tower house built in connection with the new travel center. Buses and trains depart from next door. All downtown services are about 5-15 minutes' walk away. For free parking in the adjacent parking garage, we need a registration number. The space - Pick up the keys from the adjacent Barot's hamburger restaurant in the travel center from Monday to Thursday until 9 pm. Friday - Saturday until 10:00 pm and Sunday until 8:00 pm. As agreed and at other times, we will hand over the key to the lower door of the apartment. Next to the parking garage, where you can easily get through the travel center. Parking also includes a heating pole and the hall has an electric car charging option of 22kw and also a fast chargers 150kw outside the house. You only pay for the electricity you use, not for parking. Please provide your car registration number when booking, so we can program a parking permit in the hall next door. Guest access From the 4th floor of the garage, you can also access the station tower building via the roof courtyard and from there by elevator to the apartment. You'll need the apartment keys for the connecting doors. There is also a children's play area on this roof terrace. Other things to note A travel cot and a high chair are available in the apartment.
