One bedroom offers a queen size bed and the second offers a bunk bed: one twin and one full/double bed. There is additional sleeping space on the queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a full size shower. Full kitchen and a dining area with additional island seating. Committed desk space. Electric Fireplace provides warmth and ambiance in the cold winter months. Parking for 2 cars available in the semi attached garage. A third parking spot is available in the shared driveway. Please enjoy the Private secluded patio area with hot tub and outdoor dining area. Access to large shared lawn area is welcomed. Lots of opportunities in this great condo! *Due to HOA policy we are unable to accommodate onsite trailer parking. Boat launch and trailer parking are located 1 mile down the road, at the Willow Bay Marina for a small fee charged by the marina. The beach access and boat dock is located across the road, so you do have to cross the main road to get to the beach and dock, for swimming and boating. Cell phone service in the area supports AT&T, T-Mobile customers but Verizon doesn’t reach this property.
