The space The property is located at 11640 Urban Road, Derby, Indiana 47525. We are located between Louisville, Ky and Evansville, In. Just 24 mins off I-64 (exit 79) onto State Road 37. From there you will turn onto State Road 70 for 6 miles and then turn onto Urban Rd. The property is located just 3 miles down Urban Road. This quaint home offers a King size bed along with a Queen size bed. Each has their own rooms. There is a futon that folds out to a Full size bed in the living room. You have the whole home to yourself. Enjoy the country quite life. Guest access You will have use of the entire home. We have a fire pit along with an outdoor cooking area, that includes a charcoal grill and an electric smoker for our guests to use. Please bring you own charcoal.
