A short walk through a pine forest separates you from the apartment and the beach. The sandy beach (about 6 km long) can be reached comfortably within 5-10 minutes. The plant is in 1. Line! The apartment is fully equipped. In addition to microwave, refrigerator incl. Freezer, stove incl. Oven, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, all necessary utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pots, bed linen, towels, etc.) are available. There is also free WiFi access (secured) available. In the apartment complex there is a spacious pool area (3 pools). For questions, information or Help is a German, English and Spanish concierge (on the weekdays) on site. In addition to the entrance portal, there is the option of dining regionally and internationally in an upscale restaurant. The apartment complex is accessible for senior citizens as well as wheelchair users (ramp and elevator). The complex is located in the Residence Portico Mar (south of Guardamar) in a very idyllic and charming environment (pine forest, sand dunes). Portico Mar is located on the Costa Blanca. The easiest way to get there is via Alicante Airport. From here either by taxi, bus or, best of all, a rental car (we are happy to give you a recommendation here). In this region you will find the mildest and healthiest healing climate in Europe (more than 300 sunny days per year). There is a regular bus connection to Guardamar with other connections. However, we recommend that you use a rental vehicle during your stay.
