This cottage has two entrances one into the kitchen, which includes a washer and dryer and the perfect bar / table/ breakfast area with lots of sunlight. And also, a very large pantry. The den has a big screen TV with a dedicated workspace. A computer and printer. All utilities included (water, electric, yard maintenance).
