Cozy apartment incl. garden for rent

The apartment is located in Obernhain, on the edge of the Taunus forests. It is a very cozy one-room apartment with a sofa bed (about 180 cm wide), which is equipped with a shower room, a kitchenette, separated by a small bar. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and has a nice little garden with a terrace. Wi-Fi is available. Television is possible via the Internet. Prime is available free of charge. The space Towels, bed linen, blankets, pillows, hair dryer, grill, and toilet paper are provided. If anything is missing, please contact me. If you book for more than a week, the towels will be changed. 1 bottle of water is available upon arrival. In summer, the garden must be watered accordingly. This is done in the absence and consultation of the guests. If you wish to have a one-time interim cleaning during your stay longer than 7 days, this can be done by arrangement. Other things to note Access is from the back via the garden. If you have luggage, I can show you where you can unload it, the car would then only have to be parked. Please tell me your approximate arrival time. 1 day in advance. Individual agreements are possible. You will receive the key and be instructed by me. If you receive a visit, I ask you to inform me. Dogs are allowed and welcome. If more than 1 dog then please make a separate request. An extra fee will then be due. No cats are allowed!!!!
