This room is spacious a. Queen sized bed and a queen futon. Access to a lovely pool and front patio with gorgeous views. The room has its on fridge and you are also welcome to use the kitchen. Animal lovers dream home!! If both rooms are rented you will share the bathroom with another guest. The space The house is set on a 5 acre horse farm with goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, a pig and of course many horses. This room shares a bathroom with the other room listed so if both rooms are booked you will share a bathroom. There is an additional small bathroom off the kitchen. The kitchen is large and has a big solid wood table. Livingroom features a very large and comfy couch and fireplace. Access to pool area through the livingroom. There are two lounge chairs by the pool and bar stools in the outdoor kitchen. The pool is serviced weekly. The front patio has plenty of seating and beautiful sunsets to enjoy. I live at the house as well but have my own entrance and bathroom so you will have the house mainly to yourselves, I may grab something from the kitchen occasionally if I'm around at all. If you'd like a tour of the ranch while here just let me know! Guest access Guests may use the kitchen and living room, small bathroom by the washer and dryer in addition to assigned bathroom. Pool is accessible any time (pool is serviced every Saturday morning). Guests may walk around and see the animals on the ranch (do not enter animal enclosures without specific permission. We are on the edge of the desert so there may be some weather and dust. I do my best to blow off the patio and back yard and clean the common areas daily. Just let me know if anything needs attention!
