The space This is a very comfortable home with two bedrooms located on the main floor with two bathrooms. A large bedroom with 3 beds is located upstairs, perfect space for kids. There is also a bedroom above the garage if extra space is needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your basic needs and there is a nice outdoor seating and dining area with plenty of space to stretch out. Boyne City has so much to offer including boating, kayaking, hiking, great restaurants, shopping, bars, parks, beaches and mountain biking all right outside your door. Boyne Mountain is less than a 10 minute drive and offers skiing, golfing, spa, zip-lining, arcade, water park, tubing and great restaurants. You are only a short drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and only 1 hour from the Mackinac Bridge. Guest access Entire home will be available and if requested additional space above the garage. Other things to note One well behaved dog will be considered for an additional pet fee. Dog must be under 30 lbs an non-shedding. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be picked up after in the yard. If you are planning on bringing a boat the boat trailer can be parked across the street at the Harborage marina. No events or parties please.
