Yellow House-Relax for big families

The House is a family home for 25 persons which stands on the promenade that connects Sintra Mountain to the Beaches. Remodeled in 2024 with all the modern comforts, swimming pool, garden, sports court, a barbecue area with outside dining and seating area. The space The house is large and allows to accommodate big families (more than 25 guests), having two lounges, a dining room, a games room, 7 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 4 bathrooms with shower, an outside toilet and 2 kitchens. On the first floor is the entrance hall, lounge / dining room, a suite with shower, 2 twin extra long bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and another suite with shower. At level 0, which is a continuation of the garden and pool area, we have a suite with a full bathroom, a second fully equipped kitchen to support the barbecue and a games room with snooker, table tennis, foosball, darts and other social games for adults and children. The exterior features a pergola with garden furniture, barbecue area with table and chairs and a swimming pool (10 x 5 m), surrounded by wooden deck and lawn, with coverage for child protection. There is also a court for basketball, volleyball, badminton and mini-tennis, a sandy area for football, volleyball and Turnball, a palace in the tree and a sandbox for children. Finally, a loft with natural light and very colorful, which has two single beds, one double sofa bed and can accomodate other beds if needed. There is a corner for the little ones (with a small table and chairs, toys, etc.). The Yellow House is ideal for big families with play areas for everyone, allowing to enjoy both the beach and the mountains (both 2.5 km away). Guest access All house, garden and swimming pool for exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note Minimum stays (please contact us for stays below the minimum): 2 nights - mid November until mid March 4 nights- mid March, October and mid November 7 nights - April, May and at the high season (June until September, Carnival, Easter, July, August, Christmas/New Year)- only 7 nights reservations or multiples (14, 21, 28, ... nights), starting and finishing on Saturdays.
