We are 20 min away from downtown ft.worth,Dickies arena, FTW convention center. 28 min away from Six Flags, AT&T Stadium. We offer a cute patio with a 6/7 person Hot tub, outdoor seating, 5 smart TVs, Arcade games, Nintendo WII w/ games, Pool Table, Portable Poker table, C The space 7 beds total. 2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin, 1 sofa queen bed, one futon bed, and one roll around twin bed. The home is a little less than 1500 square feet, and has a good size fenced back yard. Other things to note Hot Tub is set to a comfortable temperature of 95 Degrees for every guest upon arrival, also is it serviced after every stay assuring maximum cleanliness. Bi weekly Mowing service is the 1st and 3rd weekend of the month Trash Day is Tuesdays and Fridays Recycle is Fridays Bi weekly Mowing service is on the 1st and 3rd week of the month We have 2 sofa beds (1 queen in the living room/ 1 queen in the Game room) We have 1 Rollaway bed in the Bedroom Closet Game room has a mini split installed and is now considered a livable space.
