Nana's Lake front house w/ hot tub

Welcome to Nana's Lake House 2 bed, 2 Bath - w/ additional pull out couch and three twin size mattresses. Full wrap around porch that includes, hot tub w/ a view - PitBoss Smoker & Gas Grill. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit and hangout by the lake with a gas fire pit! Bottom deck by the lake to sit out and tan, enjoy dinner and some drinks. Covered dock, bring your own boat or Jet-ski. Two jet-ski slips are available as well. Feel free to bring your own kayak, paddle board, & fishing poles. The space On the top level you'll find the wrap around porch, with outdoor furniture, hot tub, pit boss smoker, gas grill, and gas fire pit. The top level also holds the living area, kitchen, one bedroom with queen size bed and one full bathroom. The bottom level you will find another living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, the second bedroom with a king size bed, and a full bathroom. The bottom level also has a mini fridge for guests convenience! Guest access The entire property. The pontoon boat is not included with the rental at this time. If you choose to bring your own boat, Bayview Marina with a public boat launch is 10 minutes from the property and only 2 minutes by water to get to our dock. There are boat rentals available at Fish Springs Marina and Lakeshore Marina. Please call ahead to check availability on rentals! You may park rentals or your personal boat at our dock. Other things to note Four wheel drive/ all wheel drive is recommended to access the home. The road is gravel and the driveway to the home is on a hill.
