Dining Table. -> Bathroom. -> Full Kitchen: With a stove, Refrigerator, Dining Table, and Armario with basic cooking utensils ( Dishes, Cups, Chícaras, Cutlery, Cookware, etc). -> Laundry: With Tank and Varal for Clothes. On the Second Floor: -> Full Bathroom: With Electric Shower and Blindex, Built-in cabinet below the sink with Drawers. -> Casal Room: Arara with Hangers and Organizer Niches, and Fan. -> Second Bed: With 2 single beds, Arara with Hangers, Organizing Nichos, and Fan. Voltage 220 V Neighborhood: Located in the neighbourhood of Varginha, which is the Heart of Nova Friburgo. Vantagem de Varginha is the proximity, and easy access to the City's main tourist sites. It has 3 different access roads to the center, all structured, quiet and fast mobility. In addition to easy access, the Bairro also has the advantage of being Tranquilo, Fresco and in Área Verde (close to forest reserves). Ideal for nature lovers and enjoys hiking. -> It has Roads and Green Hiking Trails, or Bicycle Tours. -> It has a Supermarket approx. 5 minutes' walk from the House. -> It has a Bakery at approx. 2 minutes of Walk of Each. -> It has a Bus Point in front of the House. -> Near the main tourist sites of Freiburg: Approximately from Car -> 5 Minutes to Ponte da Saudade: Friburgo is the fashion capital Intima. Other things to note CAUTION: For stays of only 1 or 2 people, we will leave only 1 of the rooms available. The second bedroom is only released above the third guest.
