The space Our suite is spacious and inviting as a romantic mountain getaway or as a retreat for friends and small families. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen, the suite also includes a full bathroom, dining area, walk-out patio overlooking the valley below, and hot tub. Private parking is located convenient to the suite’s private entrance. We are a no-fees property, meaning we do not charge cleaning or additional guest fees at the time of booking. We also have minimal checkout requirements. As a five-star Airbnb location and featured guest favorite, you get the ultimate experience during your stay and we appreciate your care of our home by honoring our house rules and leaving it the way you found it. Additional costs may incur if extensive cleaning is required following your stay or if there is damage. NOTE: this is a private fully-equipped suite on the main level of our mountain home and is a studio-style apartment; it does not include access to the rest of the house. There is a king bed as well as a plush futon that accommodates 2 more guests. It is ideal for 2-4 people. We live on the upper level of the house; we respect our guests’ desire for privacy and relaxation but are available on property for any needs. Please refer to house rules before booking and to the house manual upon check-in for details regarding your stay. *No cleaning fees! We only ask that you care for the space during your stay and leave as you found it. Guest access We are at the end of a gravel road on top of a mountain ridge; GPS brings you directly to our location. Upon arrival, you will see a driveway just past the house on your left; this is for your use. We do use the driveway in and out of the garage so guests should follow parking procedures as indicated in our check-in instructions. Guests have private access to the suite through their own entrance and can enjoy the patio and rest of the yard. Guests are not allowed access to the upper portion of the house. Our neighbors are private and request that guests not venture onto their properties; please respect their privacy by staying on Westridge Road or Brumm Trail Road when enjoying our beautiful location. Other things to note House rules. Our house rules are simple: no parties, no smoking/open flame of any kind, no pets, no trespassing on neighbors’ properties, and quiet hours between 9p and 7a. Our mountain home is at 7500 feet on a gravel road. We get snowy weather quite frequently during the winter months and while our roads are wonderfully maintained by the county, we highly recommend a 4WD vehicle in the presence of snow. There is a parking area on the highway right before the entrance to our neighborhood; transportation to and from your parked vehicle can be arranged ahead of time for guests uncomfortable with navigating our road in the winter. Please note that we cannot offer a refund for any cancelations if the booking is nonrefundable or the cancelation is within 48 hours of check-in. We offer a non refundable discount to guests who are committed to their travel dates. - We are not responsible for adverse weather conditions that may affect your trip plans (including cancelled flights and/or closed roads). - We also do not refund for altitude sickness or illness. - We encourage the purchase of Airbnb insurance or other Travel insurance especially during the winter months.
