Located in Innerarity Townhomes, the unit overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway & has direct access to Perdido Bay at our community beach, perfect for families to relax, play, & paddle safely. Spend all day here enjoying the amenities or take a quick drive to Perdido Key beaches, dining, & more! The space McDaniel Properties is proud to offer this beautiful home located in Innerarity Townhomes. The community sits right between Perdido Bay to the north and Kees Bayou/Intercoastal Waterway to the South. Tideaway offers beautiful views out to the Intercoastal, with Ono Island on the horizon. You can sit and watch the boats go by as the kids play in the yard behind the unit. Our community beach is about 100 yards away (by the pool and clubhouse) and will be where you can put your toes in the sand, swim, and launch the kayaks. The unit itself is 3 stories, with stairs (no elevator). The lower level is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and the yard out back. You will enter the front door at this Level 1 and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room (sleeper sofa), dining room, balcony, kitchen, half bathroom and washer/dryer. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has a king size bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second suite offers two twin beds and a bathroom right next to it. This home is professionally offered by myself and my team here at McDaniel Properties. Guest access Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks, SUP with Paddles and life jackets, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, Living Room and all bedrooms have TVs Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House & Gym, all of which is less than a 3 minute walk. Looking to go to the Gulf? There are multiple public beach accesses in Perdido Key, just 5 miles away. Other things to note 1) Occupancy Restrictions 2) No Pets 3) Age Restrictions 4) Similar Properties 1) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 6 guests. No more than 6 people will be approved. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest bedrooms two twin size beds for (2) people and the sleeper sofa in the living room. 2) Our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets or we can be fined. We cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, you may see pets on the community property, as the rules allow the Owners of units to have pets. 3) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21.
