Martha's Cottage at Free To Be Farm

Martha's Cottage promises a lovely and relaxing stay. Built in the early 1900s and completely renovated in 2025, this cottage boasts several antiques along with all the modern conveniences for a short or long visit. Squeaky clean home with mattresses and pillows fitted with allergen free covers. The farm offers a country feel while conveniently located 5 min from restaurants, stores, metropark trails, and bike trails. 15 min from Waynesville and Ceasar's Creek. Please NO pets or smoking. The space Free to Be Farm is a beautiful and serene 5 acre boutique horse farm. It is home to horses, dogs, cats and chickens. Guests can request farm fresh eggs during laying season (typically Apr-Oct). Guest access At this time we are NOT able to accommodate large groups, events, weddings, parties, etc. We do not have event or parking space available. Small groups (under 10 people) will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Groups who show up without prior approval will be turned away. Thank you so much for respecting our policy. Other things to note Please let us know if you are celebrating a wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc. during your stay with us. The kitchen is fully appointed for cooking including pots and pans, utensils, small appliances (toaster, blender and Ninja Foodi) and reverse osmosis water filtration system.
