One closet is locked off as the Cleaner's supply closet. Detached garage access is not included. Other things to note House Rules 1. No Pets 2. No Smoking, vaping or drugs on the premises 3. No fires of any kind during the summer season 4. Outside Quiet Hours 9pm - 7am 5. No Parties or Events 6. Standard Maximum Occupancy is 9, up to 12 persons upon request & +$50 nightly charge. (Beds for 9, sofas for 3 more.) 7. Only registered guests are allowed on the property 8. Please treat the home with care as if it were your own, and report any damages immediately
