It features a full-sized bed, private bathroom, Roku TV, high-speed WiFi, and access to a shared kitchen, living room, dining area. Enjoy natural light and a tranquil vibe - perfect for work or rest. Located near Azura Amphitheater, Legends Outlet, Shawnee Mission Park, Lenexa City Center, KC speedway etc. Minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. The space House is located in one of the safest neighborhoods close to the stores and dining areas. Private guest room with its own bathroom and TV is on the second floor of the house. Rest of the space is shared with the host. Guest access Guests can access all the shared spaces, use kitchen, living and dining rooms, backyard. Just be clean, organized and follow the house rules. Please let me know in advance if you need dedicated workspace and I will arrange the office room for your convenience. During your stay Guests may use this app to message, I will respond shortly. Other things to note Please be aware that I have a 4-year-old cat in my house. He’s very friendly and adorable. But I wanted to mention it in case you have a cat allergy. His name is Milo. 😻 Another thing to note: if you are highly sensitive to passing cars, please note that the house is located next to a relatively quiet street. While it’s not a busy road, it may still be noticeable if you prefer a very quiet environment.
