Newer home in Durango - to share

Enjoy a great exp. at this centrally-located home. Beaut. house with luxury bedding and towels. Central A/C and heat. Hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. Very clean. I retire 5/7 but other than sleep not home much. Always off doing variety of activities. Comfortable queen bed, custom bathroom and addl. room with workout gear, conv. twin bed / sofa, TV, desk and even a laptop with internet. 48 mi to Mesa Verde, 36 mi to Phils world, 8 mi to downtown Durango, 35 mi to Purg ski resort The space Newer home built in 2014. Three bedroom and two baths. Upstairs your private bedroom, bathroom and additional room which could accommodate an additional guest on twin convertible sofa (see pics). That second room also has a desk with laptop, TV and workout equipment. Guest access Full home access other than my downstairs bedroom and private bath. During your stay Reachable at any time for any questions you may have. Being HR I pride myself on being responsive and reliable. Other things to note Listing says 2 guest but in the other upstairs room there is a twin folding couch that lays down to a twin bed so fine for a child.
