Guest access whole house except the unfinished basement that's locked and the garage. Other things to note Pool is open April til mid to late October. The pool is not heated so it might be chilly in spring and fall. for stays longer than 4 days I might stop by to check the pool chemicals and clean if necessary. I will not need access to the house to clean the pool. The pool is also cleaned by a weekly pool service. swim at your own risk. no glass at pool. no diving in pool. no running on concrete and patio.
