Close to little shops/restaurants in downtown Gallipolis. 9.6 miles to Point Pleasant, WV where the Mothman Festival is held and other shopping/restaurants. 6.7 miles to Holzer Hosp in Gallipolis and 11.6 miles to Rivers Health in Point Pleasant for any traveling nurses. 22 miles to Nucor Plant in Mason County WV. 13.6m to Rio Grande The space 3 bed 1 bath newly renovated house with two porches and private driveway right off State Route 7 South. House originally built in 1930. Fully Furnished with all of the amenities including washer/ dryer. Other things to note This house was built in 1930 but was recently renovated in 2025. The driveway is blacktop. We still have a few things to do to the outside so it may look a bit different than outside picture that is posted. The outside will be freshly painted in summer of 2026. The house is decorated very basic and is not advertised as anything different. It is plain Jane but clean home with everything you need.
