The listing has a kitchenette with microwave and minifridge, beverage fridge and coffee maker. The space This is a separate ground floor open plan studio with entertainment lounge of a well maintained farm house with its own separate entry. It is a one bedroom with a speakeasy, entertainment lounge with velvet sofa seating area, a full bathroom, gym with infrared sauna, kitchenette, and patio. All these rooms are part of the rental unit and are not shared. Access to 4 aces of grassy grounds and wilderness. Kitchenette includes Starbucks Verismo coffee maker, beverage fridge, mini fridge, microwave, toaster. The unit has 2 TVs, one in the bedroom/bar and one in the entertainment room. The channels are prime, netflix, youtube.. Guest access Private access to a bedroom with speakeasy, entertainment room, full gym with sauna, kitchenette, bathroom and private patio. Grounds available to explore. Kitchenette includes coffee maker, mini fridge, beverage fridge, microwave, toaster. Other things to note Electric Appliances: Phones, computers or speakers are ok. For hair appliances please use the bathroom outlets. Cooking: The kitchenette is available for light cooking only. It is a kitchenette. There is a microwave, a coffee maker, a beverage fridge and a mini fridge. The sink area should be kept dry- countertop is melamine, so please wipe after doing dishes. Food storage: Please store food stored in closed containers. We are in the country surrounded by wildlife. Lights: Living area/ bar area lights dim from the switch. The lights above the bar have a switch placed in the white closet by the bar. Please be sustainable about the electricity use. When you leave, please turn off lights. It is ok to leave some small light on- like the one on the table by the door. The porch light should be off during the day. There is an outdoor motion flood light that turns on when you arrive at night so there will be plenty of light. TVs: The TV in the bar area has a scroll pad remote and has YouTube, Prime and Netflix. The TV in the pool area has Prime and Netflix. it works by using the small Amazon firestick remote. Wifi: Bluestem5 Sauna: set temperature on 140 on the left, then set timer on 40-45 minutes. It will warm up in 20 and 15 minutes is the recommended time in the sauna. Please sit on a towel in the sauna. Towels are provided in the basket in the sauna room. Trash and Recycling: Trash and recycling bins are by the garage building in the the driveway.
