The space The Casita offers a Full Kitchen with essential cooking appliances and amenities, including sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator, and ample counter space for food preparation. Large Living Room so you can relax, socialize, or entertain guests. Three bedrooms! The Master-bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and offers two walk-in closets. The north Guest-room offers a Queen sized bed and walk-in closet. The south Guest-room offers a Twin bed with a reach-in closet. Paved outdoor Patio furnished with a table and four chairs for recreation, dinning, or lounging. Along with ample front yard space for outdoor activities and gathering. Guest access You will have exclusive private access to the entire interior of The Casita, including: Master bedroom with king bed Two guest bedrooms with queen beds each Large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area All bathrooms and interior common spaces within the unit. The Casita is a fully self-contained unit, in a two-unit compound. There are no shared interior spaces with the other unit. Outdoor areas The large backyard is a shared outdoor space available to guests staying in both units on the property. Please be respectful of other guests by keeping noise to a reasonable level (especially in the evenings), cleaning up after use, and sharing the space courteously.
