To help us maintain a clean, comfortable home for everyone, all pets must be approved and included in the reservation before arrival. Pet Fees * $180 per pet – Small pets under 20 lbs. * $200 per pet – Pets weighing 20 lbs. or more. Pet Guidelines * Please clean up after your pet, both inside the home and throughout the yard. Failure to remove pet waste may result in a $100 additional cleaning fee. * Any pet that is not disclosed and registered on the reservation will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee. * Pets may not be left unattended unless they are safely secured in a kennel or crate. * Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, additional hair removal, odors, or disturbances caused by their pets. * Please keep the yard free of pet waste and toys, especially during the summer when our landscaping team services the property. Assistance Animals * Emotional Support Animals are considered pets under our house policy and must be included in the reservation, except where applicable law or booking-platform policies provide otherwise. * Trained service animals are always welcome. By booking this property, you and everyone in your group agree to follow these rules. 🔴 No Parties, Events or Large Gatherings * Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. * Violations may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, additional charges, and notification of local authorities when necessary. 👥 Maximum Occupancy and Registered Guests * The maximum occupancy is 16 people, including children. * Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. * Visitors or additional guests are not allowed without prior written approval from the host. 🚭 No Indoor Smoking or Vaping * Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the home. * Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning and odor-removal fee. * Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of all cigarette waste properly and never leave it on the ground. 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM Please be considerate of our neighbors. Loud music, excessive noise, and outdoor disturbances are not permitted during quiet hours. 🪑 Please Care for the Home * The home includes high-end furnishings and finishes. Please handle everything carefully. * Do not move large furniture. * Report accidental damage immediately. * Guests are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of damaged or missing items. 💦 Hot Tub Safety * No food, glass containers, oils, soaps, or bath products are permitted in the hot tub. * Please shower before entering. * Children must always be supervised. * Close and secure the hot tub cover after every use. 🧹 Cleanliness and Trash * Please keep the home reasonably tidy and clean up spills promptly. * Place all garbage in the designated bins. * Do not leave trash, food, or personal belongings outside. * Please close and secure the outdoor umbrella immediately after each use, especially during windy conditions. 🐾 Pets * Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. * All pets must be included in the reservation before arrival. * An unauthorized or undisclosed pet will result in a $500 fee. 🪪 Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property throughout the entire reservation. 🔐 Home Security Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property and at checkout. ⚠️ Lake and Amenity Safety * Guests use the lake, hot tub, grill, and all other property amenities at their own risk. * Children must be closely supervised at all times, particularly near the lake and hot tub. * The host and property owner are not responsible for accidents caused by unsafe, reckless, or improper use of the property or its amenities. 🚤 Boat and Jet Ski Information The boat and jet ski are not currently available for guest use. Rentals may be available through Park Shore Marina in Cassopolis. All rentals must be arranged and paid for directly through the marina. 🔥 Gas Grill and Propane The gas grill is available for your enjoyment. Propane is not provided. There are three spare propane tanks on-site that guests may refill or exchange at their own expense. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or the immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
