Spacious Family Retreat with River Views & Tons of Fun - Perfect for Reunions! This expansive home sleeps 20+, fun game room with ping pong, pool, basketball and toys. Home sits on 4.5 acres, and offers breathtaking views and plenty of room for your family or group to spread out and enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy floating the river, sitting in the swing overlooking the water or relaxing by the fire pit, there’s something here for everyone! The space Our cozy and thoughtfully designed retreat sleeps 20+ guests: 4 Bedrooms + Bunk & Sleeping Spaces Perfect for large families or groups—you can even set up hammocks inside or outside. Charming Breakfast Nook Enjoy your family breakfast with views of nature. Large Gathering Area A spacious open-concept living space where everyone can relax, play games, and visit. Library Loft A quiet upstairs hideaway with books, games, and cozy corners—great for kids or quiet time. Movie Projector Turn any evening into movie night with a full-size projector setup and comfy seating. Outdoor Deck + Fire Table Dine outside or gather around the propane fire table. Fun to cook hotdogs and smores. RV spaces We also have space for RVs to park for an additional cost. It is dry camping but I have one hose hookup and one 30 amp and one 50 amp hookup (with a longer cord). We also may have a trailer onsite you could rent. River Note that our house backs up to the Dry Bed so know that there is running water if you bring children. Go in the water at your own risk. If you want to book more than 16 guests, let us know after you have booked. We will then send you the extra charges after you have booked. For some reason Airbnb doesn't automate this so we have to do the extra charges manually. We charge $15 per person/per night for each extra person. The beauty of this place is that it is like being in the great outdoors. We have lots of animals, like raccoons, birds of prey, deer, moose, coyotes, turkeys, beaver, etc. Note that this is a personal, full-time residence but the family leaves the premises before you arrive. You will have the place to yourself. Thanks! Guest access Guests will have access to the home and property. The garage, storage room, office, and a few closets will be off-limits. You will have the full house to yourself. We won’t be there. Other things to note We are happy to share our home with you. We do have some ongoing projects that aren't quite finished as the house is over 30 years old and was never remodeled. We'll get to them as soon as we can.
