Beautifully equipped holiday home in the middle of the nature of Unnaryd, 600 m from the swimming place on the lake Unnen with sandy beach, the Coop (supermarket) and the pizzeria and in 300 m the nearest lake is in the forest. A lovely house for nature-loving families and hikers. Year-round fishing possible, boat rental at the campsite 4 km away. The house is located alone with a second vacation home on a clearing in the forest. The house has 63 square meters of living space on an approximately 1400 square meter natural plot. The space The house: typical Swedish wooden house in Falun red and white, located on about 1400 square meters of natural property (meadow, forest) in the middle of the forest. In summer, berries and mushrooms are plentiful. It is a quiet location in the middle of nature. A covered terrace with terrace furniture is directly accessible from the living room. Living room: Sitting area with sofa bed approx. 140 x 190 cm, flat-screen TV with all German and international ASTRA programs, but no Swedish channels, Bluetooth-enabled stereo system with CD and FM radio, DVD player. Fireplace in gray stone design with glass door. Kitchen: Kitchenette with sink, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, sitting area for max. 5 people plus a highchair. Bedroom 1: 2 beds 80 x 200 cm, pillows 80 x 80 cm, blankets 135 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 70 x 190, small wardrobe, pillows and blankets. On request, we offer a laundry package with towels, dish towels and bed linen for SEK 280 per person. Please register in advance if necessary! Otherwise, towels, dishtowels and bed linens are not available in the house (as is usually the case in Scandinavia) and must be brought along. Shower, separate bathroom with toilet and sink Hallway: wardrobe and closets. In the closet, pillows and blankets for the sofa bed in the living room. Heating: electric radiators as well as a heat pump and air conditioning in the kitchen The house is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside the house is prohibited! Pets are not allowed either. Internet: 3G/LTE is available in the mobile network. If this cannot be used by you due to a lack of data plan, we can provide data volumes for a fee on request via a 3G mobile router. Guest access Our guests have access to all areas of the house. Access to the house is regulated with the help of a key safe and makes moving into the house contactless and independent. Free parking is available on the premises. Other things to note Tenants must empty the trash cans, wash dishes, sweep and tidy up before leaving. Electricity consumption will be charged at the current rate of SEK 4/kWh or €0.4/kWh. Upon arrival and departure, the meter reading must be noted and the electricity consumed must be paid. Please understand that this may need to be adjusted in light of the current electricity price trend. Please note: the star rating of our guests does not correspond to the stars customary in hotels. It is a nice vacation home, but not a 5-star hotel! The house has its own drinking water well with iron and manganese filters. The filter system flushes itself automatically once a week, generating a strong water noise. In case of drought in summer, no open campfire may be made in the garden, as the house is located in the forest and in summer there is often a risk of forest fire. Wireless Internet with 4G / LTE is available at the location, so that all EU contracts can use EU roaming with data plan as at home.
