Vacation home - oasis of peace in Unnaryd

Beautifully equipped vacation home in the middle of the nature of Unnaryd, 600 m from the swimming area on Lake Unnen with a sandy beach, the Coop (supermarket) and the pizzeria and in 300 m is the nearest lake in the forest. A pretty house for nature-loving families and hikers. Year-round fishing possible, boat rental at the campsite 4 km away. The house is located alone with a second vacation home on a clearing in the forest. The house has 65 square meters of living space on a natural property of about 1400 square meters. The space The house: typical Swedish wooden house in Falun red and white, located on a natural plot of about 1,400 square meters (meadow, forest) in the middle of the forest. In summer, berries and mushrooms are plentiful, and the location is quiet in the middle of nature. A covered terrace with terrace furniture is directly accessible from the living room. Living room: sitting area with sofa bed approx. 140x190 cm, flat-screen TV with all German and international ASTRA channels, but no Swedish channels, Bluetooth-enabled stereo system with CD and FM radio, DVD player. Fireplace in gray stone design with glass door. Kitchen: kitchenette with sink, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, seating area for max. 5 people plus a high chair. Bedroom 1: 2 beds 80 x 200 cm, pillows 80 x 80 cm, blankets 135 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2 (children/teenagers): 2 sets of bunk beds 70 x 190, small closet, pillows and blankets. On request, we offer a laundry package with towels, tea towels and bed linen for 280 SEK per person. Please register in advance if needed! Otherwise, towels, dishtowels and bed linen are not available in the house (as is usually common in Scandinavia) and must be brought with you. Shower, separate bathroom with toilet and sink Hallway: wardrobe and closets. In the closet, pillows and blankets for the sofa bed in the living room. Heating: electric radiators as well as a heat pump and air conditioning in the kitchen The house is a non-smoking house. Smoking in the house is prohibited! Pets are not allowed either. Internet: 3G/LTE is available in the mobile network. In the high season of July and August, we provide free WiFi internet. At other times, we can offer data volume on request for a fee. Guest access Our guests have access to all areas of the house. Access to the house is controlled with the help of a key safe, making entry to the house contactless and independent. Free parking is marked on the property. Do not drive your car onto the lawn in front of the house, as this will damage the grass. Other things to note Before leaving, tenants must empty the trash cans, wash the dishes, sweep and tidy up. Electricity consumption is currently charged at 4 SEK/kWh or 0.4 EUR/kWh. Upon arrival and departure, the meter reading must be noted and the electricity consumed must be paid for. Please understand that this may need to be adjusted given the current trend in electricity prices. Please note: The star rating of our guests does not correspond to the stars usually used for hotels. It is a lovely cottage, but not a 5-star hotel! The house has its own drinking water well with an iron and manganese filter. The filter system automatically flushes itself once a week, creating a powerful rush of water. In the event of drought in summer, no open campfire may be made in the garden, as the house is located in the forest and there is often a risk of forest fires in summer. Wireless internet with 4G/LTE is available at the location, so that all EU citizens can use EU roaming with a data plan as at home. In the high season of July and August, we provide free WiFi internet. At other times, we can offer data volumes on request for a fee.
