The space Entire home located right on the Seneca River (and The Great Loop!) with new 28' dock. Private, with 100+ feet of river frontage with amazing views from just about every room. This home has been renovated throughout and features large second-floor primary bedroom with new king-sized furniture and direct access to renovated full bathroom with tiled step-in shower. This bedroom has privacy dividers separating from another sleeping area featuring bunk beds with a twin and a full. Brand new plush carpeting in 2025 in this upper level. The main level of the home features freshly refinished hardwood floors and an open concept living/kitchen/dining/den that all overlook the water with plenty of seating and room to entertain/gather throughout. The den has huge windows and fantastic views, vaulted ceilings with beautiful exposed beams, ceiling fan and features a pull out sofa. Great to sit and watch the boats, birds, jet skis, kayakers and more. There is a four-season room with foosball, board games and another brand new pull out sofa. Full kitchen with stocked coffee station and breakfast bar. The main level also features a renovated full bathroom with tiled step-in shower. Laundry in the basement and we do provide detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience as well as all linens and towels. Guest access The entire home and yard with access to the river. Full unfinished basement with laundry and some exercise equipment. Other things to note Kayaks can be used at your own risk. MUST wear a life jacket if going on the dock or in/near the water. Do NOT back into the road, there is a bit of a blind hill. Turn around in the driveway and it is safest to turn to the right out of the driveway -- there is a neighborhood just up the street where you can turn around more safely if you'd like.
