As a plus the apartment has direct access to its own gated outdoor space which includes a paver patio, grill, table and swinging chair. located close to all the amenities and action in downtown Lincoln. The space This apartment is one of four units in a classic stucco prairie style building of the 1920’s. This unit is on the lower level with a small private hair salon next door. The units have been totally renovated with all new amenities, parking and appliances. We have a permanent tenant who lives on site and watches over the place. You will hear some typical lower level apartment noise. Some footsteps or water draining should be expected. However it is minimal and annoyance from these noises have not come up. Nonetheless we feel it’s important to mention. With that said, we are proud of this little apartment and believe whoever rents it will be comfortable and enjoy their experience. Guest access You can enter the apartment two ways. 1- Via the door located on the back porch of the building. Your passcode will work on this door. This enters a private hallway that leads to your unit which is the door on the left at end of hallway. A small “appointment only” beauty salon is the door located on the right at the end of the hallway. The Owner of the salon occasionally uses the hallway as well as my wife and I to gain access to basement of building when needed. Your door to enter your apartment also has an auto lock. The same code will work here. Option 2- You can enter through the front door on the large front porch. This is the door on the right. Keep in mind all auto locks can be unlocked by your given code. These locks all will re-lock after ten seconds. Much like a hotel door Handel. Other things to note This unit is a downstairs apartment. You will hear the occasional foot steps and other typical noise associated with staying in a lower unit apartment. This has not been an issue with anyone, nonetheless, we feel it’s important to be sure you are aware. This is also a one bed room apartment. The couch does not fold out nor is there an air mattress. The only bathroom is located only by passing through the bedroom. Perfect for up to two people.
