Our house is located in a private, quiet hamlet, close to the beach and shops (small shops within walking distance and Super U shopping center 1 km away). Single-story, all comforts (easy and free parking in front of the house, dishwasher, washing machine, fully renovated and equipped kitchen, large family living room with large screen TV, garage, barbecue, games...). Large living/dining room as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate toilet, 1 kitchen renovated in 2022.
