A short walk to downtown Baywood, you’ll easily access charming cafés, restaurants, and scenic trails. Whether exploring Montaña de Oro, kayaking in the bay, or simply relaxing, this retreat is the perfect base for your Central Coast adventure. The space This spacious studio feels like a boutique hotel room with a king size bed, comfortable oversized seating area, and eat-in kitchenette. Just across the hall is a private full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The Studio is accessed by private path to a separate entrance on a wraparound deck. There is a spacious hot tub with built in fountain available along with a stunning outdoor fire pit to relax. From every window you have views of Morro Rock and the beautiful tides of Morro Bay. You are walking distance to the infamous Monday farmer's market and all that downtown Baywood has to offer including local favorites such as Beerwood, High Street Deli, the Merrimaker, Nautical Bean, and the beautiful pier and Pasadena beach (best place to launch kayaks). You'll have private off-street parking and the homeowner is usually away when this unit is rented - so you'll have peace and quiet. There are two kayaks available at no extra charge to guests conveniently located just next to the parking area (you will need to transport to the water). Guest access The large studio includes a private kitchenette and a walk in closet. Just down the hall is a full private bathroom. Just outside is a hot tub, wraparound deck, and spacious backyard. The rest of the home is a private residence that is not in use when the studio is rented. During your stay The host/homeowner is available through the app during your stay. You will have a unique access code sent along with your reservation check in instructions, but the host will not be present during your stay. Other things to note The space is really designed for two guests maximum. It is possible that a small twin size air mattress would be included and/or a pack'n play for a young child at the guest's request. It is not a childproof space.
