We want you to create big and great memories in our cute 1BR unit located in the heart of North Versailles area in Pittsburgh, PA. This haven offers comfort, convenience, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The space The unit is the left-side of the duplex with a white front garage door. The living room, well-equipped kitchen, and the bedroom with a queen bed are all on the same floor. The room with a black door knob is not accessible by guest(s). There’s an occupant in the basement with their own separate entrance. There’s a washer & dryer in the basement; however, guest(s) would have to reach out to the host to let the basement occupant allow you access it since it’s a shared laundry area. Remember this is your home away from home and you should feel free here! Please, only park your car(s) in front of the unit garage (1208 Center) which you would be occupying. The front porch is shared with the tenant living in the other unit (1206) incase you see someone using it. The tenant have their own separate entrance; the right-side of the duplex belongs to tenant - refrain from accessing this area. Other things to note ‼️‼️‼️There are no NOISE or disturbing activities in this neighborhood or from the second unit which is currently occupied by a tenant. Neighbors will call the POLICE as they have done it before to guests who did not comply with the rules. Please, refrain from disturbing the other unit/neighborhood or the person occupying the basement with noise.‼️‼️‼️
