The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. The neighborhood Other things to note HOUSE RULES Absolutely no smoking indoors No parties, events, or large gatherings Only registered guests are allowed on the property — please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of neighbors and the quiet residential nature of the neighborhood. Do not block neighbors' driveways or parking spaces Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Violation of the no-party policy will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of your stay. A fine of up to $2,000 may be assessed. PETS: We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
