The Plains Cottage Built in 1850

The Plains Cottage is a large, historic home located on Main Street in the heart of The Plains. Only a few doors down from the town’s only stop sign, it's an easy stroll to coffee, dining, and local shops. After nearly a century in the same family, I became the proud new owner in October 2024. New bathrooms, restored bedrooms and and updated systems were completed in the summer of 2025. The space Main floor includes a living room, tv room, dining area, enclosed porch, galley kitchen and mudroom. Upstairs 3 bedrooms include - 1 large bedroom with king bed 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds 1 bedroom with a queen bed
