Other things to note All guests MUST sign a waiver (included in post-confirmation message). Guests assume full responsibility for their own well-being and belongings. The property owner and Airbnb are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or stolen or damaged personal belongings that occur during your stay.
