Beautiful guest room in historic home! This private room with attached bathroom is located on the first floor. Modern furnishings. Roku tv. High speed WiFi. Refrigerator and keurig coffee maker in the lower hallway. Guest may use the grand front porch. Located in a peaceful historic small town with local restaurants and shops. This house is a 10 minute walk to the town square. The space Guest park in the front yard, then walk up the brick steps onto the front porch, then access house through the front door. Once inside, this room is immediately to the left. Complimentary travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided. Misc: Window unit provides air conditioning and heat There is also an additional space heater October- March Guest access Please note: guest access does NOT include the upstairs, upper balcony, and other parts of the home, etc. Guest access DOES include the lower front porch and the lower hallway.
