Historic NY district w/ wide foot friendly picturesque early cobblestone streets. Nearby express/local subways, w/ easy access to art museums, theater and shopping. NY's trendiest hi profile zip code, with upscale dining, boutique shopping, art gallery viewing and people watching in nearby cafes. Good for couple for work or vacation purposes. Foot friendly area with active night life. This is NY’s premier film making center with frequent on site locations. Foodies take note, as we are surrounded by great award winning chef owned restaurants. The loft has 1 comfortable queen bed (for 2 guests) in 1 bedroom, adjacent to spacious living area. We do not have maid service as apt is ‘self catering’ with cable, AC , good residential internet and well outfitted for a relaxing experience. Paper products/soaps, detergent and many extras provided for a month After booking your keys will be mailed to address you give us for a contactless self check in about a week before visit, so make sure we have your home address in time. No pets/parties or children under 5. Other things to note We do not accommodate additional guests added after booking or minors traveling alone.
