Here are a few things to know about the property: • The home features three bedrooms, each equipped with medium-firm mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep. • Two bedrooms are located on the main level, along with a bathroom that has a walk-in shower and a support handle—perfect for seniors. • The third bedroom is in the basement, accessible via 12 steps down. This level also includes a second bathroom and a built-in home cinema—a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. Please note that the basement bedroom is not recommended for seniors due to the stairs. • You’ll also enjoy a spacious sunroom, surrounded by windows. It can get a bit warm in the summer, so feel free to use the ceiling fan to help with air circulation and reduce humidity. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out. Enjoy your time here! The property location is most convenient place in Twin Cities that can lead guests to everywhere they want with a really short driving and walking distance, especially famous parks and river fishing on Chaska 41 (my favorite fishing spot at all time where I caught Catfish, Walleye, Sheepshead, even Sturgeon and a lot more.
