The space This is a 2,000 square foot basement apartment with a separate entrance. 10 foot ceilings make you forget you’re in a basement! 2 bed 1 bath with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The king and queen beds are purple mattresses, the twins are very comfortable (one cushioned spring mattress and 3 gel foam mattresses). There is a large fully equipped kitchen, full laundry room, formal dining area and comfortable living space with a tv and board games! DISCLOSURES: Because this is our home and we live upstairs, you will likely hear us sometimes walking around, though we make efforts not to be too noisy. We do have a dog upstairs who will bark if someone knocks on the door but generally calms quickly. We understand this could potentially be frustrating and we try not to make excessive noise, and we also understand that we will sometimes hear noise from our downstairs tenants. As long as it’s nothing excessive or disruptive to the sleep of our baby, we are very understanding and hope you will be too. :) We have provided noise machines to help with any potential sound disturbances at night and hope it helps your quality of sleep. There is also only one thermostat control and it is upstairs, we make efforts to consistently monitor the temperature downstairs and have provided space heaters as well as fans and extra blankets so you can control your comfort. Guest access You will have full access to the entire basement apartment portion of the house minus a storage/utility closet we keep locked. You will have one assigned off street parking space, and there is plenty of street parking available as well.
