Nestled in the hills of North Frontenac, you will find a quiet little place where you and your partner can spend some alone time relaxing in your own wood burning sauna and hot tub, enjoying fires at the large outdoor pit amongst the trees, or simply watching a movie inside. This property is not on the water however there are many lakes / beaches within a short drive or walk. Unfortunately due to liability we are adult, over 19 yrs old only. The space Romantic year round home with your own sauna and hot tub. Just over 800 sq ft but everything you need for a perfect escape! Hot tub and sauna located just outside ***Don't forget your flip-flops or crocs for easy on and off*** Bring your boat / kayaks and launch at any number of lakes in the area or bring the ATVs and explore the trails. K&P trail is located at the end of Canonto Road. Your stay will include a complete kitchen with all the basics including towels and dish cloths, some spices, olive oil and salt and pepper. There is even a blender for your smoothies. There is a BBQ (seasonal April-October) and foil pans for those that would like to cook outside over the fire. Perfect for hot dogs, homemade bread over the coals etc... We even provide the wood and starter paper. You will sleep in a queen sized bed (Kingsdown mattress) complete with all the linens and and 2 sets of pillows. There are 2 luxurious hooded robes also provided to use during your stay. Perfect for lounging at the sauna and hot tub. We offer both white towels for shower and hot tub and black towels for sauna use (to avoid cedar color transfer). There is an outdoor Bluetooth speaker that can be used while you relax outside but please be respectful of the neighbors in the area. Inside, there is a 50" Smart TV with apps ready for log in - please remember to log out when you leave. High speed internet and free WIFI also provided. Please note that due to the natural surroundings of our property, it is possible that bugs and insects may be present outside, We strive to maintain a comfortable environment, but we cannot eliminate the presence of wildlife in such a nature-rich area. During bug season, a Thermacell Patio Unit for the sauna and hot tub area is available inside as we ll as a can of OFF spray should you wish to venture out on the many walking trails in the area. We only ask that you close the doors tightly behind you as there are small animals like mice, squirrels and chipmunks that are abundant outside and would love to see what treats you have inside. **Hot tub chemicals checked and balanced weekly onsite by owner therefore 24 hours between bookings is required. Chemicals are also balanced by Spa Dealer every second week and action taken on their assessment of water quality. Daily chemicals are left inside with instructions . Stays over 3 nights will have onsite follow up by owner, arranged prior to arrival.
