We know that your furry friends are part of your family, and they are welcome here as long as they are leashed and behave well. Your dog is to be leashed when coming into or leaving the house. Dogs are to stay in their room and not be in the common living area. Owner may be charged up to $200 for carpet soiling or damage to furniture, bedding, or doors.
