The space You have full, private access to the entire 2-bedroom home. Winter: You'll enjoy the cozy feel of the propane fireplace while lounging in the living room and taking in the pristine views. Summer: Enjoy the large wrap-around deck with ample lounging chairs and a patio table for outdoor dining. Swimming, fishing and boating are all just steps away. The spacious primary bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and a cozy chair for curling up with a book. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. This room has a patio door to the deck so you can enjoy sunrise from bed or keep an eye on the little ones while you enjoy the deck. The bathroom has a large vanity and a separate shower and jet bath. The kitchen is set up with all the essentials. Fridge with icemaker and drinking water filter, stove, microwave and dishwasher, plus dishes, utensils, drinkware, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and blender. A BBQ is ready for your meal prep. It is under a roof cover so can be used even in winter. Linens are provided: sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and tea towels. Extra blankets are in the closet. WIFI is included and there is a TV with Roku service in the living room. A variety of board games and books are at your disposal for a quiet afternoon or a fun evening in. Summer: A canoe and paddle boat are available for your use, along with life jackets and safety kit. You are welcome to bring your own paddling equipment; the slope to the lakeshore is easy to navigate. Lower Beverly Lake is large enough to provide paddling adventures and is a popular fishing destination. The lake is clean and swimming or floating in the lake is a recommended activity. Kendrick’s Park is a 5 minute drive with a sandy beach, playground, beach volleyball court and canteen. There is a private dock; you are welcome to bring your own boat. Public boat launches are available at Kendricks Park and Lyndhurst Village. For more information please ask. Winter: Ice fishing is an option on the lake. Only attempt activities on the ice if you are experienced and knowledgeable on how to do this safely. We do not provide any equipment for winter ice activities. You do so at your own risk. The local area boasts many unique shops and even a chocolatier. Sign up for experiences such as meet the donkeys and alpacas (available year -round). In the summer guided paddling tours, hiking trails and a golf course are nearby. Within a ½ hour drive you can find shopping, restaurants, live theater (May-Nov), a casino, museum, boat tours (summer) historic sites. Guest access You have full, private access to the 2 bedroom home, deck, and yard. There is a workshop and storage on the property that you do not have access to. These buildings will be locked and not in use while you are here. You are not sharing this property with anyone else. The home sits on a quiet bay that is shared with 2 other homes. You have private access to the lakefront at your location. Other things to note The property is on a well and septic system. This is different than what you may be used to at home. ONLY human waste can be flushed in the toilet. This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. (including outdoors) Pets are not allowed at this property. This is a quiet, peaceful location. Book here if you are 1 or 2 couples or a small family who want to enjoy some lakeside relaxation or tour the local area. Do not book this location if you want to party at the lake.
