With a large private yard and located in the heart of Daniel Boone National Forest, this charming retreat is centrally located to many sites that the whole family can enjoy. Close to Cumberland Falls State Park, Laurel Lake, Splashtown Waterpark, hiking, canoeing, swimming, and more. Only 15 minutes to town with unique restaurants, pubs, a hometown coffee coffee shop, an ice cream shop, a pinball museum, and more. A place to enjoy. The space This property sits on 2 acres of secluded land, with trees all around for added privacy. Wildlife is plentiful. We are about a mile from Laurel Lake Marina, and about 15 minutes from Cumberland Falls. There is a grill under a covered space out back, with multiple chairs and a picnic table. There is also a fireplace out back. The front porch runs across a large portion of the home with ample seating. There are also a couple of shades that can be rolled down to shade you from the evening sun. It's a pleasant and peaceful place to enjoy. Guest access In addition to the home, you will have access to a large front and back yard. There is private free parking. There are trees in the front yard that gives a pastoral setting. Quiet, private, peaceful. There are games outside.......cornhole and tetherball; a firepit; a covered carport/patio with seating and a gas barbecue grill.
