Enjoy this 3 Bedroom 3.5 bath townhome close to shopping, Interstate 15 and amazing mountain views. 20 min drive to Central Provo, or 45 minutes to Salt Lake City. close to hiking trails, parks, recreation areas and more! Traveling with your fur babies? enjoy the backyard that is great for pets and enjoy the movie/game room for the kiddos or the whole family! You'll also have your very own indoor dog house in the basement! The space Welcome to the townhome, we hope you have a great stay in Utah for your travels. My home is located in an HOA community and it is 5 minutes from the shopping centers in Spanish Fork as well as I-15. The townhome community is secluded, very quiet and friendly. The kitchen is equipped to cook your favorite meals and the grill is available for those barbecues. All TV's have Netflix availability to watch your favorite movies or series. All bathrooms are equipped with bath towels and bath essentials. The garage is available for 2 cars (garage won't fit big trucks) and 2 cars in the driveway. There is a shared backyard that is partially fenced. We just ask that if you have pets to please pick up after them. Enjoy the dog house for your fur babies. The basement has lots of room for fun including a set up movie theater to watch movies, a popcorn machine and mini fridge to keep your drinks cold, a Pac-Man machine for anyone to play, and some board games, card games, Jenga and a mini foosball/hockey table! Enough space and play for the whole family or friends. There is extra blankets and pillows in the closets. There is an air mattress, roll up bed, and the sofa bed for those extra sleepers. There is also a crib and a highchair for the little ones. **Note** Since the townhouse is in a HOA community there comes rules with that. We try to share those rules with our guests as much as possible so that your stay is comfortable. We just ask that those rules are followed.
